Our new hires straight from beauty school will go through our internal program that coincides with the 2026 education calendar at CommonHaus Edu. Stylists with experience have the opportunity to attend the classes to feel more supported through big transitions.

During your interview process you will have full access to shadow at as many of the salons in our collective as you choose.
The goal is to see what feels right. Each space has its own personality and each team their own vibe the best way to feel it is to immerse yourself. .

Shadow Day
Our program is designed to bring together a talented team of professionals who are passionate about showcasing creativity and style.

At this stage, you will visit your choice of salon for a in person meet with our Master Stylists. You will be given a tour and a peek into the systems that set us apart.

Formal
Interview
Join us for a formal interview where we will discuss compensation rates in detail.
